YOGA STYLES

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa classes synchronize breath and movement to link one yoga posture to another through fluid transitions. It is a dynamic style and its aim is to turn yoga into a moving meditation.

RESTORATIVE HATHA

It is a slower, deeper practice of postures. It is a gentle class that combines a slow hatha yoga practice with restorative yoga postures designed to relax and heal. The perfect way to activate but also pamper and relax the body. It is friendly to those who are just beginning to practice as there is plenty of time during the class to perfect the alignment of each posture. 

FLOW & DRILLS

A class similar to traditional vinyasa that adds exercises focused on flexibility and strength to achieve certain postures, including inversions. Excellent for gaining body awareness through movement, protects joints, strengthens muscles that help prevent injury and is an excellent option to advance your personal practice. 

ASHTANGA

A very dynamic yoga practice that combines exercises or postures – asanas – with breathing techniques – pranayama – and meditation. The sequence of postures is progressive and will always be the same. The movement performed in the sequence generates heat, develops strength and physical condition. 

VINYASA

ROCKET

It is a dynamic and fun yoga style designed to energize and strengthen the practitioner. Inspired by the traditional Ashtanga Yoga but joining part of the series 1 with 2 and 3 with powerful variations that force us to work strength, elasticity and balance, while applying the energetic locks: the bandhas. At the same time it tries to be more accessible by offering different variations to the student. Inversions are practiced with variations for students of all levels.
